Getting Started
The starting point of online shopping with Just Flues is the "homepage" or "home". If at any point you click on the "home" link which can be found within the top navigation bar on all pages, you will return to the homepage.

Customer Login
Creating a user account with us will make your online visits to Just Fans quicker and easier. To "login" for the first time you will need to enter an email address and click "Continue" to move to the account users profile page. When creating a user profile, to process an order online or to subscribe to our newsletters, you will be asked to fill in your name, address and to set a personalised password.
Once the user profile page is complete you are also given the opportunity to add an alternative address, this address can be selected as a preferred delivery address option.

Product Search
If you wish to purchase from our Online shop, firstly you will need to find the product(s) you are looking for. There are several ways of doing this;
Browse by Category :-
The search menu bar situated on the left of all content pages, allow you to search through the sections of our catalogue, each of the categorised sections include many products listed in an alphabetical order. Most product categories contain more than one page, to move forward through the additional pages select the "Next" link situated near the bottom Right of the page.
Search by Keyword :-
the catalogue search tool can be found on the left side of each page situated beneath the Just Flues Logo. It is possible to find a product by name. If for example, you are looking for "vitreous", simply enter "vitreous" into the search field, and then press go. The search result will include all products which match your chosen word.
Advanced Search Form :-
if your search is not possible by name, our advanced search form will help you find what you are looking for..
Once you have chosen the product you want to purchase you need to place it in your shopping cart. This can be done at any stage by clicking on either the "Buy Now!" or the "Add this product to your shopping cart" button. You will then be taken to the shopping cart page.

Confirm the quantity of each product required
If you need time to consider your purchase, don"t worry your selected items will remain in your basket for 30 days. So when you are next online at justflues.co.uk you can pick up where you left off.

Once you are happy that you have all the items you wish to purchase in you shopping cart, "click" on the "Checkout" button or "Checkout" link to move to the order confirmation pages.

Checkout Pages
Paying for the products you have selected couldnt be easier. Click on "Checkout" in the shopping basket page. If you are not already logged in you will now be asked to enter your registered email address and personalised password.

Making a Payment Online
To process the payment online by credit/debit card please select the "Secure Credit Card payment (Worldpay guaranteed)" option, please check the contact details displayed are 100% correct. At the base of this page you will also need to select the relevant shipping option.

For orders to be delivered within the UK, please select: UK Shipping Rate or for orders to be delivered to Ireland, UK Isles or mainland Europe please select: International Shipping Rates.

Having selected the relevant options click on the "Continue" button to view your order invoice, if you are happy that all items are correct click the "Confirm" and you will proceed to the Secure Online Payment Page were you will need to enter your card details.

Please note, the Euro payment option is for guidance only. Select Pounds for currency on entering the payment area.

If paying by card and a new customer, we will only send to the card billing address (unless authenticated by your PIN number on ordering.) This is to prevent fraud. Subsequent orders can then be sent elsewhere on arrangement with the management.

Paying by Cheque, Postal Order or Cash by Registered Post
To process the payment by cheque, postal order or by registered post please select the "Cheque or Money Order" option, please check the contact details displayed are 100% correct. At the base of this page you will also need to select the relevant shipping option.

Having selected the relevant options click on the "Continue" button to view your order invoice, if you are happy that all items are correct click the "Confirm".Your order will be logged and processed.

When sending a payment by cheque, postal order or registered post, please include reference of the Order ID No: and include your name and delivery address. Please make payable to:

Delivery Information Once the chosen payment method has processed, all orders are ship for next day delivery, please note that we aim to fulfil all orders within 1 to 3 working days from the time the order is placed. In most circumstances we process the same day. Please note that a signature is required at the time of delivery for all orders placed.

Delivered within 24 hours with Fed-EX

All items are usually delivered within 24 hours from when your order has been dispatched, the time/ date of dispatch will be confirmed via email. It is possible to select an alternative delivery date of your preference when placing your order online - just make a note of the date of choice within the comment box found in the checkout confirmation pages.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, the earliest delivery day would be Tuesday. Next Day delivery is available for most delivery addresses (excluding Northern Ireland and EU Destinations).

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available for most delivery addresses (excluding Republic of Ireland and EU Destinations) , Saturday deliveries are made between 8am and 13pm. Please note that the additional surcharge of £15.00 applies.

UK Delivery Costs

For goods delivered to an address within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and British Isles) we charge the following rates listed in table below, for consignments that exceed 70kg a rate of £0.30 per kilo (inc VAT) apply.

Please note that the delivery charge is calculated as you shop and is displayed inclusive of VAT within the Payment Confirmation page.

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders valued at £250 exclusive of VAT, to receive free shipping please place the order online.

All orders arrive with an invoice enclosed detailing the contents of the order. If we are only able to part fulfil an order because we are waiting on a guaranteed stock item, we will send out your second delivery free charge.

Prices (UK customers)

All prices displayed within the online catalogue are inclusive of VAT. Where possible we strive to give you the best prices and aim to remain competitive on most of our products. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in response to supplier price increase and exchange rate fluctuations.

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the order you have received from Just Flues you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery, please note some exclusions apply.
To return goods it is necessary to notify us within seven days from the date you received the item(s), please have your invoice at hand as you will need to quote your order number and date of purchase.
We will be happy to exchange or refund having recieved notification of the return and if received as sold in their original condition and that no saleable/ sealed packaging have been opened, please include a copy of the Sales Invoice received with your order.

To cancel an order you can email us, or write to us (see our contact details below), you may cancel an order by telephone however it will be necessary to confirm in writing thereafter.

Goods returned outside of the 14 day period which have been correctly supplied as invoiced at the time of purchase will incur a 15% handling charge and delivery costs are non-refundable.

If the goods you have received are faulty, incorrect or damaged on delivery we will be happy to exchange the item or issue a full refund to you including any delivery charges. It must be reported to us as damaged by 4.30pm the following day if damaged on arrival due to haulage.

Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receipt of the returned order. Exclusions: excludes system installations and products made to customised requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
