The Poujoulat Chimney Top System consists of a prefabricated chimney top, which arrives at site ready to be placed directly on the roof. The System is suitable for slope fixing or mounting across a ridge and is available in a range of styles and finishes.

The Chimney Top System is quick and easy to install and provides a cost effective and time saving alternative to a standard masonry chimney and is suitable for use in brick, timber and steel frame housing.

When used in conjunction with Poujoulat Therminox twin-walled stainless steel chimney, the Chimney Top provides a traditional looking terminal to a thermally efficient, quick to install prefabricated metal material chimney system and can be used in situations where a masonry chimney system could not be built, such as on non-load bearing walls or restricted spaces or central room locations and timber frame houses.

With many planning Authorities demanding traditional features on new housing developments, Chimney Tops are suitable for use without a connecting chimney system to provide a cost effective, easily installed aesthetically pleasing chimney to meet the planner’s requirements that gives the option for the householder to install an appliance retrospectively.

Chimney Tops also provide the ideal location for unsightly-ducted extract systems or soil vent pipes. Therminox insulated chimney systems in the Diameter range 130mm to 300mm with a Chimney Top terminal, can be used on all multifuel appliances (including balanced/room sealed) plus it can be used to conceal ventilation outlets. Special application and roof designs can be accommodated.
